Visual facilitation is a process
that uses visual language to create images that trace individual or group
thinking and discussion and map relationships between ideas, feelings, and
processes. I use this technique in developing my own work as an artist and
also to facilitate meetings (collective intelligence), visual identity
development, and personal development using a variety of techniques --
mindmapping, mind-scaping, concept mapping -- in a variety of media --
watercolor, pencil, charcoal, pastel, magic markers, collage -- enhanced by
Adobe Photoshop where appropriate.
